Refund & Returns

At Luxvivas, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at luxxvivas@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your order number and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Luxvivas is not responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the product.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.


9. Changes to This Policy

Luxvivas reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
